Accuracy Verification is a patented technique that evaluates your feeder's accuracy while requiring a minimum of time and effort.

ACCUCHECK™ is an economical and reliable method to validate the weighing accuracy of your STOCK® gravimetric feeders.

The ACCUCHECK™ method includes a proprietary chain system and calibration technique providing a verification of accuracy testing comparable to that of a material test. Extensive research in the Stock Test Tower has demonstrated that the ACCUCHECK procedure can measure your feeder's accuracy within +/- 0.2 percent of a comparable material test.

Stock representatives are available to verify your feeder's accuracy and assess the physical condition. The Stock evaluation will allow your feeders to operate in the most efficient and precise condition.

ACCUCHECK™is a rapid, precise method to demonstrate feeder accuracy. An ACCUCHECK chain test program can be performed in about an hour, in contrast to a full day of testing involving full scale material tests to provide equivalent information.

ACCUCHECK, if performed when scheduling permits, results in the least amount of downtime. Secured to a movable tray, the ACCUCHECK chain system can be attached, utilized, and then returned to the movable tray by only one person.
