2009 Stock Equipment Company Golf Outing

This year's golf outing was held at Raccoon Hills Golf Club in Kent, Ohio. Over fifty Stock employees and their family and friends attended the annual outing organized by Marketing Manager, Chris Klein. Hole ten provided a laugh as golfers were asked to hit a golf ball with a bat off of a baseball tee. Each team also had to endure the Hawaiin Challenge where the victim of the shortest drive was required to don a grass skirt and flower lay. After eleven teams finished the scramble, two tied for first place. A putt off with a little twist (you must use a hockey stick!) determined the winner of the event. Brian Giblock, Stock Welder, and two of his guests took home first place at the successful event.

     The 2009 Stock Equipment Company Golf Outing again provided an excellent vehicle for relaxed team building outside the confines of the home office. For the third straight year the weather was sensational. It was partially cloudy at the first tee, but transformed to a comfortable, sunny delight about midway through the event. The coveted “Green Jackets” were awarded to a new team this year and will remain in the thoughts of all other challengers until next year’s show down! I would like to thank the following individuals for making the outing a lot less hectic and stressful for John Richards and myself this year:
